Expo Astória

Hotel Expo Astoria hat eine sehr schöne Lage über die Avenida Liberdade geht es zu Fuß direkt in die Stadt. In Gegenrichtung liegt ein großer Park und auch nach Bairro Alto mit seinem tollen Nachtleben ist es zu Fuß nicht weit. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel aber nicht groß. Das Frühstück ist okay aber nicht top. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Ich kann das Hotel für eine Städtereise 5 Tage empfehlen. Na direção oposta é um grande parque e também para o Bairro Alto com a sua grande vida nocturna, não é longe a pé. Os quartos são confortáveis, mas não é grande. O café da manhã é bom, mas não superior. A equipe é muito simpática e competente. Posso recomendar o hotel para uma pausa na cidade 5 dias. In the opposite direction is a large park and also to Bairro Alto with its great nightlife, it is not far on foot. The rooms are comfortable but not big. The breakfast is okay but not top. Very good location. Room is comfortable, bathroom is large, and clean. We have the room with " wall view" but it is not problem, because you spent time in room to rest, and that position of room means more quite and shadow. Staff is pleasant. Breackfast is very delicious, with lot of chose. This hotel is much more than 3 stars.

I spent four nights in this hotel, it was an excellent choice. Great location few meters from Marquis de Pombal square. Everything was top: the wide and clean room, the food , especially the shrimps with black spaghettis. Fair wifi connection and a great and helpful staff. I highly recommend.

Room small. Only two electric outlets in a room for three persons. Crew very respectful. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel. Good location, but you'll need transportation to the main center of Lisbon if you do not want to walk 10 or 15 minutes.

Great hotel right in the center of things. The rooms are well keep and this a small bar wit specials around 19:00. The breakfasts are so so. And it is the only place in Portugal where wee have had really disgusting cafes. I would go back in a flash.

We spent in June 2019 a fiew days there, and the hotel is very recomendable for a city trip! Good district, very near public transport and not so far from the historic centre. The room clean and comfortable (we had backside room), breakfast big variety. Personal very friendly; specially the young receptionist Mr Manuel was very helpfull! Like to come back!

I stayed there for 3 night and I was well pleased. The rooms are clean and I really liked the size of the bathroom. They also have this thing where you can skip a day of cleaning and get a small coupon for room service which was also very lovely. The breakfast was good but I would have liked a better variety of foods. All in all good experience and a nice place to stay with a great location.

Despite being nearly empty we had a great stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful especially the breakfast waitress who was a delight. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel is a 30 minute walk from the old center but well placed for transport links. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay and we wish you well in these difficult economic times. Jill loates
